Pool Fencing – Glass on the Rock
Complete pool renovation with Glass fence on the Rock!
In this pool renovation, we were consulted to resolve the more challenging compliance issue that can present an old pool that wasn’t designed with the new pool regulation in mind.
The result is a unique pool fence, presenting a few unusual technical aspects…
First, some of the glass panels were made to be installed on top of the sandstone rock and had to be designed with a curved shape as transition to achieve compliance. Also, a glass gate shaped with our signature compound curve was created to achieve the 1.2 metre effective height from the near by steps.
The other objective was to follow the shape of the pool to optimise space and incorporate harmoniously the pool fence around this kidney Shape Pool.
