Side Fixed Spigot- A clever way to optimise space around a small Pool!
In this pool renovation the owner wanted to install a new frameless glass pool fence to open the space and replace the old rusted metal fence that had been installed probably more than 20 years ago. The pool was cleverly tucked in the corner of the property and designed in a triangular shape to make a great use of the space available in this small backyard.
To complement the shape of the pool we recommended to follow the curve of the coping in order to optimise the usable space in the back yard. The problem we had was that the pool coping was very narrow so instead of fixing the glass fence on top of the concrete pool surround and lose precious space inside the pool area, we side mounted our DeckFixed Brackets to the edge of the concrete and used them as a support to offset the glass fence. This way we were able to increase the walking space around the pool by 150mm and follow the elegant curve of the pool.
